Meet Margo, an OAP couple’s “big baby” pet Vietnamese pig weighing 100 kilogrammes, who has been living the high life in a flat in Kyiv for 14 years and even has her own bed.
Margosha, or Margo, gets regular walks on a lead like a dog twice every day for 30 minutes, as shown in the video, and locals have become somewhat accustomed to seeing her out and about with her owners.
Ukrainian media say she is something of a celebrity in the Solomyan district of the capital. The footage, filmed by a neighbour, shows the large black Vietnamese sow being walked by her owner.
Her owners originally adopted her when she was very small but over time she has grown to weigh a whopping 100 kilogrammes (220 lbs), but her owners by then simply could not part with her.
Andriy Oborskyid said: “She is like a big child. You think about her first and then about yourself.”
She is also said to be very well trained and never does a number one or a number two on the floor in the flat.

During walkies, Margo relieves herself outside, with her dutiful owners picking up her waste after her. It means she does not need her own toilet area in the flat. But she does have a special sleeping place. And is even allowed on the sofa.
Neighbours told local media that she is very quiet and one would not know there is a large pig living next door.
Andriy said: “We had different animals – both dogs and cats. It can be said that it is the cleanest animal. It has no fleas, no parasites, it does not lick itself, so it is clean, there is no fur at home.”
