This is the touching moment two male kangaroos viciously fight each other at a safari park before suddenly stopping to make up with a kiss.
Astonishing video footage of the scrap – from Shanghai Wildlife Park, eastern China on 18th July – shows the pair locked in furious combat.
As they grapple with their arms, their powerful legs lash out at each other.
But the video – which has since gone viral – shows they then suddenly top and begin kissing each other.
Tourists who had been shocked at the punch-up filmed it and captured the light-hearted moment when they seemed to be making up.
According to a member of the staff of Shanghai Wildlife Park, the two red kangaroos are actually good friends.
But they do scrap about who is the senior male with breeding rights before becoming friends again.
The red kangaroo is the largest of its kind, and is also not only Australia’s largest terrestrial mammal, but also the largest marsupial.
The video quickly went viral and, Chinese social media comments were mixed, with most of them were commenting about how funny it ended up with the kangaroos kissing.
A user called ‘Hanzai’ commented: “How does it feel to be kissing at the end?”
And another named ‘Song Man’ commented: “Hit hit hit kiss”.
