This is the hilarious moment a giant panda sticks its tongue out at a group of zoo goers as if it is mocking them.

One unnamed visitor managed to capture its silly antics while standing outside its enclosure at Dujiangyan Panda Paradise in Chengdu, in south-western China’s Sichuan Province.

Phone footage shows the black and white bear staring down a group of tourists and sticking its tongue out at them.

Zoo goers can be heard laughing in the background and some even begin imitating the animal by making funny sounds.

This, in turn, apparently prompts the panda to respond by sticking its tongue out once again, seemingly mocking the group.

After finishing the act, it turns its head away this time as if it has decided to ignore them and begins munching on a bamboo branch.

The video was later shared on Douyin, China’s version of TikTok, where many netizens gave humorous remarks.

One user titled ‘Nirvana’ commented: “Panda: Look at these fools, they are so fascinated by me.”

Another user titled ‘stranger in the wilderness’ wrote: “It’s actually laughing at you, as if it is saying: ‘I don’t have a mortgage or car loan, and I live a leisurely life’.”

And user ‘cute bear’ said: “What a naughty panda.”
