The hilarious video shows a gaggle of geese quacking in protest after a dog chased them away and ate their food.

Smartphone footage from a farm near the city of Yantai, located in China’s eastern province of Shandong, shows the pooch barking at the geese after the owner threw them some corn for lunch.

After successfully chasing them away, the dog then went back and happily began devouring the corn, as the hungry birds watched in despair.

The owner disclosed that the dog’s actions were prompted by a past incident where the geese had stolen its food. Seeking revenge, it then started taking their corn during each mealtime.

The video became a huge hit after it was shared on China’s version of TikTok, Douyin, on 22nd January. Amused social media users were unable to hold back from commenting.

Douyin user ‘Gululu’ said: “These geese are not good at fighting. Even a group of them can’t beat the dog.”

Then user ‘Late encounter’ commented: “What ‘holding a grudge’ truly means.”

And ‘Prince Ping’ added: “This kiddo must avenge itself!”
