Panda Cub Amazes Visitors As He Climbs Up And Down With Ease

Zoo goers were impressed when a male panda showed off his climbing skills as he went up to the top of a tall tree and then equally hurriedly came down when he failed to find anything interesting at the top.

The playful cub, Bai Tian, often climbs up the trees at Beijing Zoo, located in China’s capital.

Many visitors reportedly come to marvel at his tree-climbing skills, and he rarely fails to deliver.

One piece of footage filmed on 16th October shows how Bai Tian has mastered the exercise and is seen speedily ascending to the top of a tall tree in just seconds.

Then he moved along the branches like an acrobat while searching for a comfy spot.

But after seemingly unable to find a branch sturdy enough to support his weight, he climbed back down just as quickly and even performed a somersault as he landed.

The video was shared on Douyin, China’s version of TikTok, with the caption: “Normally, Bai Tian hangs in the trees for one or two hours after climbing, but this morning, he swiftly climbed and descended, satisfying everyone at once!”

Many users enjoyed watching the panda’s antics and branded him a nimble marvel.

One user titled ‘Su Su Qiqi’s Ba Ba’ commented: “So fat and still able to move around with ease.”
