This young woman was sent flying after she decided to pose in front of a herd of cows and was bashed into the air before fleeing into the arms of her boyfriend.
The unnamed woman reportedly visited the Kanas scenic area of Altay, in north-western China’s Xinjiang Region, on 17th September.
While touring the area, she encountered a herd of cows walking down the road.
Seemingly amused by the scene, the young woman then stopped for a picture and posed next to a brown cow walking in the front.
However, phone footage shows the cow lowering its head at her and lifting her up in the air the next second.
The woman flies a few inches in the air as she gets tossed aside, narrowly avoiding getting impaled.
After landing on her feet she quickly runs towards the young man that it believed to be her boyfriend and the animal that attacked her at first appears to continue the attack but then decides against it, and rejoins the herd.
She later told local media: “One of the cows gave me a stern look, but I didn’t think much of it. Suddenly, it used its head to toss me away.”
Fortunately, this accident did not result in any serious injuries for the woman, apart from a sore behind.
The staff at the scenic area later responded to the incident, saying: “Don’t get too close to the herd of cows wearing skirts, as the swaying of the skirt can attract the cows’ attention and provoke their aggressiveness.”
