This is the picture of the huge dog that allegedly tore off a female customer’s face when its two women owners took it to a DIY store to train it to behave around other people.

The victim allegedly had her face savaged by the dog after the female owners asked if she could give the dog a treat to make sure they had it properly trained. But it appears that the dog was not as well behaved as they believed.
Home Depot is a chain of home improvement stores in the US that is equivalent to the UK’s B&Q and the incident reportedly took place at the Home Depot in Evergreen, a town in the US state of Colorado, on Friday, 31st March.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) said that the “victim sustained serious injuries and requires facial surgery”.

They confirmed that the dog had been taken to the store as part of its training regime and that the owners, the two women, had asked the victim to give the dog a treat.
The authorities said: “The customer agreed and gave the dog the treat, and then the dog bit the customer in the face.”
Jefferson County Animal Control Supervisor Jennifer Dow told local media: “The dog sat nicely, took the treat gently from her and then all of a sudden lunged at her face.”
Workers at the store tended to the victim, who has not been named, with the authorities saying that the two dog owners then left the Home Depot without giving their contact details.
But the authorities said that they have reportedly identified the owners after releasing their images, and declined to name them.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement obtained by Newsflash: “The owner would be held accountable for restitution or in the event of any enforcement action.”

They added: “For dog bites, the dog is quarantined at their home for 10 days to ensure the dog is not exhibiting any behaviors associated with rabies.”
The statement went on: “The victim sustained serious injuries and requires facial surgery as a result of the bite.”
But the owners reportedly claimed that the victim was not bitten by the dog and was instead head-butted.
The JCSO is reportedly waiting for an update from doctors to determine what charges the owners will face.
