A lizard appearing as if it is running on a treadmill after it found itself stuck inside a printer has become a hit on social media platforms.
The 26-second-long video shows the little reptile hilariously attempting to free itself after it got stuck inside a J&T printing machine in a shop in Malaysia.
In the footage posted on TikTok by user ‘addawakgaleri88’ on Tuesday, 11th July, the lizard can be seen frantically trying to escape the device while running on a roll of paper printing documents.
Meanwhile, the clerk can be heard saying in the background: “People are busy printing things, but this fella’s busy exercising.”
The end of the recording shows the lizard finally managing to gain its balance, after which it scampers to the corner of the printer in an effort to break free.
However, the video did not go unnoticed on social media platforms, leaving netizens unable to restrain from commenting.
TikTok user named ‘zieyyy10’ said: “Even lizards are good at doing part-time sh*t now… The economy is uncertain now.”
User ‘yun’ then commented: “Don’t forget to pay his salary. He’s tired of trying to print it.”
And ‘ayu.azalea’ commented: “That’s why I want to remind you that there’s no other way to exercise.”
The video has been reviewed more than 745,000 times ever since it was posted.
