This is the moment a herd of cows march into an appliance store as if it’s the most normal thing in the world — before deciding there is nothing interesting inside and leaving the way they came.
The incident happened on Hastane Street in the Kozluk district of Batman province, Turkey, on 17 February 2026.
The animals had escaped from their owner and were running along the street when they came up against a passing woman, changing direction and veering into the shop.
Security camera footage shows the cows entering one after another and spreading across the showroom floor. As the shopkeeper attempts to push them back outside, several appliances are knocked over, with items shifting and falling.
The herd remains inside briefly, moving between displays, before eventually leaving the premises.
Shop owner Maşuk Baltaş said the nine cows entered the store after colliding with a woman outside and caused damage to some of the products.
He said the relevant authorities were notified and the animals were located and captured within a short time.

Baltaş added that measures should be taken to prevent similar incidents, saying the situation could have resulted in greater damage.
No injuries were reported, but the shop said it had sustained material losses.
